longandCursor d10678763f revert(uniapp): 移除训练模块,代码已迁至 TUICallKit-Vue3 ...

之前 6 个 commit 误把节拍器/练一练训练模块加在 uniapp 项目,
实际目标项目是 TUICallKit-Vue3(甄养堂主壳)。本提交清理 uniapp
项目所有相关改动:

- 删除 hooks/useMetronome.ts、useTrainingSession.ts、
  useVoiceCoach.ts、useTrainingBgm.ts
- 删除 pages/training/* 与 components/dev-training-entry/
- 删除 static/training/* 与 scripts/generate-voice.mjs
- 还原 pages.json、pages/index/index.vue、pages/user/user.vue
