Grok Build attribution

This project integrates the unmodified released executable of xai-org/grok-build as an optional, project-local sidecar downloaded from the upstream project's official release endpoints.

• The integration is not an official xAI product and does not grant trademark rights in the names Grok or xAI.

The executable is not committed to this repository. An offline distribution that bundles it must include the exact upstream version's LICENSE, THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES, crates/codegen/xai-grok-tools/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, and third_party/NOTICE.
